Body Quest Basics is a two-page human-systems PDF for ages 7–11. Page 1, “Label the Systems,” uses a word bank—skeletal, muscular, digestive, circulatory—once each. Kids match jobs: moves bones by pulling; carries blood and oxygen; breaks down food; gives the body a sturdy frame. Answers are muscular, circulatory, digestive, and skeletal in that order. Page 2, “Map Match and Super Helper,” matches heart, stomach, bones, and biceps to the matching systems, then prompts: “My super helper gadget helps the ____ system by ____.” Content stays curiosity-first and age-appropriate. The sheets support a short health or science unit with labeling and creative extension—not a clinical anatomy course. Print both pages; color optional. Exactly two worksheets covering four systems, organ matches, and one invent prompt. The invent line is where creativity meets recall—kids must pick a system they already labeled, then explain how a simple gadget would help it in daily life.
