Refund Policy

Because speedgo products are digital downloads delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. Please read product descriptions and age ranges carefully before purchasing.

When we may refund

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The delivered file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
• You never received download access due to a verified technical error on our side (after we attempt redelivery).

When refunds are not available

• Change of mind after the file was delivered.
• Difficulty printing due to local printer settings or paper choices.
• Age-range mismatch when the product page clearly stated the intended ages.
• Requests made long after purchase without evidence of a delivery failure.

How to request help

Email hello@speedgo.me within 7 days of purchase with your order email, approximate purchase time, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.
