Ignite STEM Challenge Cards is a two-page build-mission PDF for ages 8–12. Page 1, “Build Missions – Card Pair A,” includes Span the Gap (paper, tape, four pencils, two books; 20 cm span; no glue guns; 15 minutes) and Soft Landing (paper, cotton or tissue, tape, small toy; drop from waist height; three tries). Each challenge lists materials, rules, and reflection lines. Page 2, “Build Missions – Card Pair B,” adds Paper Flyer Far (three sheets, paperclip, ruler; one redesign; measure longest flight) and Tool Redesign (cardboard, tape, string, scissors with adult help; invent a grabber for a sock without bending down). A tip reminds kids that iteration beats perfection. The pack mirrors a plan–build–test–tweak cycle using household scraps—not store-bought kits. Print both pages for camp, club, or family maker night. Four challenges total on two pages; gather materials from home before starting. Fill every reflection line—even failed builds teach the most useful notes.
